<Local Delivery (Hong Kong)>

* For Orders Under HK$400:   

We offer a FREE DELIVERY via Hong Kong Post (Registered mail), which takes around 2-3 business days.   (Sent by Surface Mail at buyer's own risk)

You may also choose the following shipping methods(Optional):

   (i) SF Express - Self Pick Up Service / Standard Delivery Service (Industrial addresses only) with additional charge of HK$30 

  (ii) Self Pick up at our Office : Unit 13, 9/F, Fu Hang Ind. Bldg, 1 Hok Yuen Street East, Hung Hom, Kowloon, HK. (10 mins walk from Whampoa MTR station)


* For Orders Over HK$400:

We offer a FREE DELIVERY via SF Express (Self Pick Up Service / Standard Delivery Service (Industrial addresses only), which takes around 2-3 business days.

 

* For Orders Over HK$1000:

We offer a FREE DELIVERY via SF Express (Self Pick Up Service / Standard Delivery Service (Industrial addresses only), which takes around 2-3 business days. 

Customer will receive an extra HK$100 Cash Voucher (Delivery with the product). The Cash Voucher can be used upon next one single net purchase of HK$500 or above at our shop or online store. This offer cannot be used together with other promotion offers.

<7-Day Exchange Guarantee>

We provide a free exchange after receipt of goods within 7 days (clearance sales & tailor-made items are excluded). Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of goods if there is any problem. No exchange or return after 7 days. For more details, please refer to <Exchange & Refund Policy>.


<Color Difference> 

Every computers, laptops, mobile phones,tablets may have slightly color difference. All colors should be based on actual items, so color difference is not an acceptable reason for exchange or return.

 

<Pearls & Gemstones>

For pearls & gemstones items, the color may not be exactly the same for every piece because they are made with natural materials.Size difference for pearls within 0.5-1cm is normal and generally acceptable.


<Delivery cost arise on exchange items>

In case of defective or incorrect products,delivery cost will be borne by our shop. For other reasons of exchange (not related to product quality), delivery cost will be borne by buyer.


In the event of any dispute, our determination shall be final and conclusive.
